I'll try and make this short and sweet, because I don't love writing these probably just as much as you don't love reading them; I need everyone to respect my time, especially now. My nearest and dearest friend (seriously, she is a part of my family at this point) is going through some unprecedented times with her health, and to say I'm concerned is an understatement. With that being said, she's in my industry and also a renter here at Phenix. For the next few weeks I will be taking over her clients (which definitely sucks to make any sort of monetary gain over her pain) which means I cannot and will not tolerate any late arrivals to appointments. You get 10 mins max, or you will need to reschedule and will be charged for the missed appointment. I'm sorry to be aggressive with this, but in the past my kindness and understanding has been taken advantage of and I simply will not have time to accomodate those who do not take my time seriously. I love and appreciate you all and your business, but boundaries need to be made and adhered to. Thanks for your understanding, and please send prayers and good vibes to my friend and her family❤️
