I created it as a resource for clients and also for therapists who would like to share something with their clients to help them keep track of the work they do together.

We take care of our bodies, so why not our minds? Our mental health is just as important (if not more so) than our physical health. The two are closely connected. If you haven't been taking care of yourself mentally and need some ideas on how to do so, let me know! I'm happy to help.
