Phase 2 has finally arrived as of Friday the 22nd at 5:00.

We are taking appointments however we must follow our new guidelines and restrictions. What that will require is as follows..
1. All clients and stylists shall wear face coverings (masks) while in the salon.
2. You will continue to wash your hands at the front desk bathroom upon entering the salon.
3. We also ask that you continue to come by yourself to your appointment.
4. Maintain a distance of 6 feet while in the lobby and throughout the common areas of the salon.
5. We will have an authorization form that will need to be signed upon entering.
6. We ask that you use ONLY the front door upon entering the salon so that we can keep an accurate head count in the salon. No exceptions.

Please be patient during this time of reopening. We will do our very best to make this a comfortable yet safe for everyone transition. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We miss our clients ❤️ Drop your stylist a little text and tell them you appreciate them. This is a hard time for us too. We are social people that love interaction and making people happy. We love what we do. Most of all we love our clients

Yeah- salon's will reopen- at some point- different for every state, every salon🤗

What can clients do to help salons navigate a new 'normal' you ask?🤔

Know you were missed terribly and your stylists is grateful for your return....

Know safety measures were created for all involved.🤗🤗🤗🤗

Know the importance of coming alone, extra people in a salon compromises everyone. 😔

Know your stylist cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all..😴

Know your initial services will take more time. ⌚

Know that coming in sick isn't an option 😔

Know that walk-ins will not be an option for some salons- call the salon before you leave home.📞

Know that rescheduling hundreds of clients will take time...🤔⌚🤗🤗

Know that when you arrive you will need to wait until your stylist gives you the go ahead before entering the building, having your cell phone handy in your car will help considerably. 🤗

Know that your stylist is thrilled to see you but doesn't want or need a hug, your presence is the best hug ever. 😷🤗

Know that your health is the biggest concern. 🤗🤗🤗

Know that your stylist may choose to open at a later date than the state your in has allowed, being respectful of that decision takes an unimaginable load off his/ her brain and heart. 🤗

Know your stylist has already lost thousands of $$ and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, be patient. ❤🤗

Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait, your health is more important..🤗🤗🤗🤗

Know that a 'soft opening ' will be anything but soft. 🙄

Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety are, keep the conversation to hair and how we can make you beautiful ❤🤗❤

Know that while trying to connect with your stylist there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your stylist is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously 😳😳😳😳🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😉

Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your stylist- help make it the best appointment ever!!!🙏❤🙏❤🙏

Please wait for us. We are all relying on our guest to wait for us so we can survive. We can’t
“ work from home” due to social distancing.
We can’t become curbside “drop off” haircolorist or even worse kitchen beauticians. We need to protect our licensing , our integrity, our craft and our community! Support your stylist by waiting on him or her. We will need each other equally on the other side.

**Coronavirus Crisis **
Dolce Vita Salon and all of our stylists are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and ourselves. The profession of our licensees requires physical contact with consumers. It is essential for everyone to be proactive in washing their hands to prevent the spread of disease. We will have surgical grade soap for you to wash your hands with as you enter the salon. We will also be doing a lot of “behind the scenes” things to go above and beyond what is asked of us. In an effort to comply with the CDC’s “crowd of 50” we are asking that you not bring your children, friends, spouses, etc with you to your appointment unless they actually have an appointment to have their hair done. We hope that you will feel comfortable in knowing that safety comes first and we hope that you will continue to trust us with your hair needs as well as making sure that every effort is being made to ensure that we are all as safe as possible.
However, the fact that people with underlying medical conditions need to be particularly cautious in all of their decisions about going out in public for the time being.
