Built around a shared philosophy in 2018, Sonder Mind and Body has created a balanced & transparent ecosystem with a singular focus: maximizing our clients health and wellness. We have gathered some of Greensboro’s best mind & body tools, medical professionals, doctors, and healers.

We are looking for a Spa Supervisor that shares our vision and is excited to help us continue to build the best experience for our guests.

Sonder Mind and Body runs three businesses under one roof. We have made the very hard decision to close one of them. Which is the front cafe and market- in order to focus on our personal and professional wellbeing. One part of our mission is to help people create an understanding between balancing their health and busy lives. We've had to take a step back and walk the walk.

The cafe and market will be closing this Sunday at 4pm. This will allow us to step back and focus on our health and wellbeing. Also giving more energy and effort to our wellness center - Sonder Mind and Body - which will be open as usual.

We've created such amazing relationships with some of you and will miss you dearly. We hope to see you on the therapeutic side in order to catch up. We have plans for something to take over our cafe space so we'll hopefully see you when that time comes!

Thank you for the support and love you've given us through the years. We loved feeding you and we still can just in a different way - through mind and body.

Sadly summer is coming to an end which means Stars in her Eyes (our cold pressed watermelon juice) will be gone 😭😭 - since we only create from fresh seasonal produce.

It's been so warm though so we're sticking it out for another week. 🎉
