We are a locally owned, Husband and Wife run, nutrition and fitness club. Our mission is to change the nutritional habits of our local community. We offer some of the best healthy shakes on the planet and all natural teas with a splash of aloe. We also offer free wellness evaluations to help determine your personal health goals and how we can best help you obtain them through at home programs and Free personalized coaching. Mondays at 6PM we hold out fit camp, a beginner to intermediate hour long workout that is a amazing way to get in shape and meet your community. Tuesdays at 6PM we hold our run club, a intermediate to advanced level workout consisting of endurance training and is designed to test your limits. Healthy protein shakes are served after both workouts for a small price. We hope to see you soon!
