We will be hosting our Chapter 3 Thé Dansant next Wednesday the 17th! Secure your tickets for an unforgettable night of whimsy and an array of flavor through thoughtfully curated courses.

On Wednesday the 24th, the Rabbit Hole will be hosting Chef Diego Campos of CAMP! The focus will be on the history of agave and its influence on the cocktail and food industry. Join us as we take you on a journey through one of the most unique, versatile elements of the culinary world in the form of enticing courses!

Say hello to Kate who came to Greenville from sunny Tampa! You’ll often see Kate whipping up concoctions behind the bar as well as stirring up some engaging conversations with guests. She is extremely passionate about crafting a one of a kind experience for guests and ensures the drinks she makes are done with an abundance of care. 

Kate always strives to brighten someone’s day with a great drink, friendly conversation, and overall positive vibe. While Kate may be one of our younger bartenders at the Rabbit Hole, her knowledge, experience, and passion for her craft far surpasses her years. 

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and checking out new local spots in Greenville. Kate is also a proud cat mom to an orange tabby named Simba and would be more than happy to show off pictures if prompted…
