I started Intermittent Fasting back in 2014 back... before it was cool. This kicked off a journey that got me really in tune with my body. I realized that when I worked WITH my body and treated it with respect, it responded in kind. With what I ate, how I moved my body, and what my inner talk said about it in my own head.
I have learned so much about just how connected we are to our bodies and how this can be beneficial to our bodies AND minds. This has forever altered my relationship with myself--for the better!
