This full-time role will support our client’s customers with locating medical offices, scheduling, canceling, or changing appointments, answering patient questions, and making outbound calls for appointment confirmations and rebookings.

This is a GREAT job for first time call center advisors!

Starting pay of $15.00 but you can get up to $2 per hour in potential performance-based incentives each month!

This position is onsite at 650 Executive Center Dr. Greenville, SC 29615 but after 90 days, based on business need, advisors that meet the performance requirements have the option to move to work-at-home.
