Beer of the Week: NEW BEER ALERT🚨
Mountains Win Again
Farmhouse Ale-Saison, 6.3% ABV, 25 IBU

Can you feel the same? The answer is yes. And in this case, we felt the same as as we collaborated on a truly one-off beer. A grist bill of all alongside fresh spruce tips and local wildflower honey. Fermented warm with a Lithuanian Farmhouse yeast strain for a clean yet complex flavor and aroma. Something like a cross between a Hefeweizen and Saison, with some woodsy and piney undertones.

We all love hiking and this is a great reward after a long one. Leaves us with one truth - the mountains win again.
