Meet Sherri!

Sherri has been an owner here at Boardwalk since 2011 and has 26 years of game store experience! She is a driving force behind everything we do and the person responsible for our huge board game selection! She is also the biggest dice goblin we know (even though dice hate her) and the best at "what's that game". Sherri tends to love complicated games and ones with sci-fi and post-apocalyptic themes. Aside from board games, she loves Star Wars, Fallout, and weird little critters (like bugs and lizards).

Fun facts about Sherri:
✨Favorite Game Mechanic: Worker Placement, Deck/Engine Building, Resource Management, or pretty much anything other than lucky dice rolls

Meet Melody!

Melody has been at Boardwalk since 2013, with a bright smile, a friendly attitude, and a vast knowledge of board games! She is a jack-of-all-trades who can do just about every job in the store in a pinch and has done many things from ordering puzzles to running Pokemon. These days she can usually be found amongst the games giving recommendations or at our larger off-site events! She knows a huge variety of games from heavy euros to HABA, but her go-to mechanics are engine and deck building. In her rare time not at Boardwalk (or gaming elsewhere) Melody loves live music and cooking.

Meet Tim!

Tim has been at Boardwalk since 2013. He does a bit of just about everything here, but is the driving force behind our indie RPG, playing card, Field Notes, and classic games sections. He loves playing cards, solo games of all weights, word games, and RPGs. In addition to games, Tim loves baseball, books, and stationary. He is also instrumental in the Upstate SC Pen Enthusiasts!
