You'll work with our in-house property management team of 6 and collaborate with 3 outsourced property management companies.

Key responsibilities include:

Document collection and file auditing
Staying updated on compliance regulations

Ensuring all residents and housing developments meet compliance guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience with HUD and/or SC Housing compliance
Experience with HOME, NSP, SC Housing Trust Fund, and Federal Housing Trust Fund

Preferred Qualifications:
