Paula, who taught her church’s first and second grade Sunday School class for 35 years, couldn’t return to church after the pandemic because her mother developed dementia, demanding 24/7 care. This past winter, her mother passed away.

As a high school senior, Jeff gave his dad a Holman Study Bible for Christmas. 40 years later, his dad’s still reading the same Bible, now well worn from four decades of daily use. This past December, Jeff sent his dad’s Bible in to be restored—a full circle for such an invaluable treasure.

Erika’s Bible has traveled with her on multiple missions trips—from Wales and Central Europe to North Africa and France—comforting her as she’s experienced different difficulties, like culture-shock and fatigue.
