This festive pairing of warm and creamy Brie and our spiced Lavender Peach Chutney is delectably cozy for an evening in or dressed up for a holiday gathering.

Simply top a small wheel of Brie with Lavender Peach Chutney and bake at 350º F until the Brie is runny (approx 15-20 mins). Sliced baguette, similarly crusty bread or substantial crackers are the ideal vehicle for all this ooey-gooey deliciousness.

The beginning.... We planted our very first lavender plants in 1999. At that time the fields beyond the pond were planted with barley and rye as cover crops to be tilled back into the land to help reduce the density of the clay in our soil. Now those fields are all lavender. Lavender, lavender, lavender everywhere! And, we love it!
