We're Hiring - Paid Search Manager

DRIVE is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Search Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate must be able to identify target audiences, monitor and analyze results, and generate high-quality leads while staying within defined budgets. The Paid Search Manager should also stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing to maximize results.

Responsibilities
Develop effective paid search strategies
Launch and optimize PPC campaigns
Oversee accounts on search platforms (Google Adwords)
Manage keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better RO
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management and clients
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendor
Stay abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn) is preferred
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking
AdWords certification is a plus

We did it!!! We hit our annual goal!

Today I’m thankful for this team. End of last year I set an ambitious goal to double our revenue by year end 2021. If we hit it, each team member would receive a really nice year end bonus.

It takes an entire team to accomplish this, not just the founder or a salesperson. If existing customers aren’t taken care of, we’d have attrition and customer churn which we’d need to work herder to outpace.

I’m proud to say that we have not had a customer leave since a couple weeks into the pandemic in spring of 2020.

Another shocking thing about this kind of growth is that we have done so without even advertising ourselves.

Our focus has always been on executing fail-proof SEO campaigns that directly impact actual new case acquisition and grow a law firm‘s caseload, increases revenue, AND IS TRACKABLE.

When our work so closely impacts our customer’s success, they are happy and they keep us around for a loooong time.

I am celebrating this team today because they have pushed through all sorts of changes we’ve gone through this past year and through the whole pandemic really.
