Estate & Legacy Planning How To Keep Your Family Out of Court and Conflict
One thing that happens when we work together is that we get a clear picture of your assets and what needs to be protected. When the need arises, I help clients find other professionals to fill in the gaps of our plan. I recently met Lauren White Marvin, and learned quickly that she's someone I can trust to give clients good advice regarding their insurance needs. I'm tagging her here in case she has insights on this week's blog post.
I met with an amazing group of friends and mentors this morning. It was in many ways a humbling meeting. I've come a long way since I decided back in 2016 to focus my practice on estate planning. I've built a system that I'm proud of (discussed in the blog post below), but I try to improve it every day. Today's meeting was a reminder to keep getting better.
It's a NEW YEAR, and I want to help you start it right and achieve PEACE OF MIND!
During the month of January, I am offering free estate planning checkups to the first 5 people in my network who book appointments with me via DM.

Reasons you should book:

You haven't documented legal guardians for your minor children.
You want to learn more about estate planning and what it means.

It's natural to put off thinking about long term care. We can hardly solve the problems we already have, much less think about those we might have in the future. Even though it's hard, we owe it to our loved ones to think ahead and create a plan to make things as easy as possible for them.
A complete estate plan takes into consideration all of your assets and helps you identify potential problems your loved ones may face when you die or become incapacitated. This week, we're looking at long term care. In the last month, I've met with one client who was extremely thankful her spouse had long term care insurance, and another who decided the coverage wasn't worth the cost. It's important to have someone you trust help make these decisions. Link in comments.
