Interested in what happens next at Cos Cob's Pomerance Tuchman property? Attend the second Pomerance Tuchman Master Plan Public Meeting TOMORROW, Wednesday, December 13 at 6 pm in person or virtually
The Greenwich Parks & Recreation Department invites you to the second (and final!) public meeting on the Pomerance and Tuchman Master Plan. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, December 13 from 6pm-8pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room with a Zoom option (Dial in: 1 646 518 9805 Webinar ID: 838 7846 9358 Passcode: 9802471)
The first public meeting was well attended by residents both in person and on Zoom. Parks & Recreation and their consultant, GZA, Environmental Inc. provided an in-depth presentation of the Pomerance and Tuchman properties, and received valuable feedback from the attendees on what elements they would like to see incorporated and prioritized into the Master Plan. In addition to the first public meeting, a Pomerance and Tuchman Master Plan survey was available from October 13 through November 17 which allowed users of the park to provide further input on what they would like to see in the Master Plan.
The second public meeting will be centered around discussing the draft Master Plan that has been developed based on the feedback from first public meeting and the community survey. This will give attendees a chance to review the priorities and long term strategies of the plan, and provide further input before the Master Plan is finalized.
We hope to see you all there on Wednesday, December 13!
