Calling all post-pregnancy women!

Regardless of how far along in your postpartum journey you are, we would like to welcome you to find some rest and respite in our first ever belly dance class created with the unique needs of post-pregnancy women in mind.

Our class will be centered around healing and restoration. We will teach you moves to use at home for facilitating emotional and physical wellbeing post-pregnancy. All while listening to beautiful and peaceful Arabic music.

We invite you to participate in body movements that have been recognized for centuries as having healing and restorative effects.

Base fee is $250 which is good for 30 minutes of dancing.
