Our recovery programs are aimed at delivering patient-centered care tailored to each individual's journey into recovery. We offer acute inpatient treatment and partial and intensive outpatient services for adults who struggle with substance use. One night, Ronald jumped in to assist on one of the nursing units when a patient was threatening a nurse. Ronald’s swift action kept staff and the patient safe, and the nursing team was greatly appreciative of his assistance to handle the escalating situation. We have been having a fun as we are having our own Olympics! Each department is bringing their A-game, representing different countries in friendly competition. And what better way to kick off the festivities than with Sundaes on a Monday! Doc our Pet Therapy dog, also joined us for some ice cream fun.

Last week, we celebrated Aria S. with our monthly Award. Aria was nominated due to the positive feedback received from a recent referral source who was very appreciative of her quick response to a request and her ability to assist with the information needed to get discharging patients into follow-up services. On National Vietnam War Veterans Day, we honor all those who bravely served in the Vietnam War and who sacrificed, as did their families and caregivers, on behalf of our Nation.
This year, Crusaders For Veterans presented the Biloxi National Cemetery with a bronze plaque in honor of our Vietnam veterans.
