Flexible Staffing Services is hiring experienced Quality Control Inspectors in Oak Lawn, IL. If you have a background in quality assurance in a metals manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in reading blueprints, we want you on our team!

🔹 What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $20 to $25/hr depending on experience
- Full-time positions
- Work hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
- Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays as required

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect and document measurement results for first piece layout approvals
- Inspect incoming, work-in-process, and finished goods for conformance to customer specifications
- Conduct visual and measurement tests according to company guidelines
- Operate Brown & Sharpe CMM and perform inspection gauge setup and teardown for production
- Lift and move parts up to 30 lbs

🔹 Who We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector in a metals manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T and use of various inspection equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and work with geometry and computer skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
