Here Are Some New Updates Coming Up!

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to announce some upcoming changes that will enhance your experience with our salon. Please take a moment to read through these important updates:

New Booking System:
Starting July 30th, we will be transitioning to a new booking system. With this change, we will also be updating our business email and phone number. Appointment reminders will be sent from the new number, and all rescheduling and cancellations can be done by texting this new number. This number will be the only way to get in contact with us *starting 7/30/24.
New number will be (424) 544-2251 *Text only

Prebooked Appointments:
All prebooked appointments for August will receive a new confirmation email or text before July 30th. Please ensure you complete a new consultation form and provide a card on file as required by the new system.

Booking August Appointments:
Until the new software launches, August appointments can be booked by texting us at (224) 381-3693.

Price Changes:
Effective July 30th, we will be updating the prices for the following services:

Arm $55 - $70,
Bikini $55 - $65
Back $45 - $75
Chin $20
Leg $80 - $100
Lip $15
Nose $15
Underarm $30

All prebooked appointments after August 1st will reflect the updated balance for the remaining difference.

Policy Changes:
Appointment rescheduling now requires a 48-hour notice.
Any rescheduling requests made past this time allowance must be booked online as a new appointment or rescheduled with a new deposit. This includes all reasons, including sick or emergency rescheduling.
If an appointment is not rescheduled by the end of the scheduled day, 75% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file *Deposit will go towards this.

Loyalty Points Program:
Unfortunately, our current loyalty points program will not transfer over to the new system. We are still finalizing the details on whether we will continue with a different program. In the meantime, if you have any redeemable points, please use them by July 30th, as they will not carry over. We welcome any suggestions on the type of loyalty program you would prefer.

We are doing our best to keep you updated with these new changes, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition. We are confident these updates will improve your experience, but please allow us some grace as we work through any initial hiccups.

However, we would like to address an issue that has recently been affecting our small business significantly.

Over the past few months, we have observed a noticeable increase in last-minute appointment cancellations and rescheduling. While we understand that unexpected situations arise, we must emphasize the impact these changes have on our operations, our schedule, and the overall experience for all our valued clients.

As a small business, we strive to provide exceptional service, and your timely appointments are crucial to our ability to serve you and others effectively. We wish to clarify that our policies regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling are not intended to inconvenience you or act as punitive measures. Instead, these policies are designed to safeguard the integrity of our business, preserve our valuable time, and respect the time commitments of all our clients.

To ensure fairness and consistency, we kindly request that you please take a moment to review our appointment policies, which will be reinstated and strictly enforced:

Terms & Conditions:

Deposits
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If paying in full, payments are non-refundable or transferable. No additional fees will be charged.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- All rescheduling or cancellations must be finalized 1 business day prior to the scheduled appointment. Any changes requested without proper notice will be subject to forfeiting the deposit and will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
- Continued cancellations more than 3 times will be prohibited from booking in the future with us.
- The cancellation policy applies to clients requesting rescheduling with less than 1 business day's notice. In such cases, the cancellation fee may be credited towards your next appointment as a new deposit, provided the rescheduling is done by the end of the business day of the request. Otherwise, a new appointment must be booked online.
- If a service or add-on service is no longer desired, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Note: All cancellations will lose the deposit; please reschedule instead with proper notice.

Late & Early Arrival Policy
- Clients who are more than 5 minutes late may need to reschedule or cancel their appointment and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
- Early arrival is discouraged, as all appointments are booked back to back. In the event that you do arrive early, please do not knock or enter the suite. Please wait in the designated waiting area until you are greeted.

No Call No Show Policy
No Shows are not tolerated at Diamond Dae Beauty. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without giving proper notice or do not contact us before the grace period has ended, the cancellation policy will be enforced, and they will be prohibited from booking any future appointments with us.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for services rendered or products purchased, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable, even if you are unable to use the product or service.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We believe that by adhering to these policies, we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, including you. We value your business, and it is essential to us that you have a positive experience with our services.

We have updated our Terms & Conditions

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an update to my policies.

Effective immediately, I have made some changes to my policies in order to better serve my clients and ensure a smooth and consistent experience for everyone. The updated policies are outlined below:

-Unlimited Online Rescheduling is now available through confirmation email by clicking “Cancel Appointment or Reschedule/Cancel Appointment” button. No need to text me to reschedule. *some confirmation emails’ verbiage are not updated but still have this feature.

-Any cancellation that occurs with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an automatic forfeiture of the deposit and an extra 25% cancellation fee will be charged.

-Any Rescheduling that occurs with less than 24 hour notice will also incur an automatic forfeiture of the deposit and an extra 25% cancellation fee will be charged. However, if clients finalize the rescheduling process within 12 hours of their original request, the 25% cancellation fee will be credited towards their new appointment time.

-Late Arrivals past grace period will be subject to cancellation policy.
