Sunday funday! We had so much fun yesterday at Gurnee Days, we decided to do it again. Join us today from 12-3 in the beer garden for some Bloody Mary’s and Brews as we watch the parade go by!

Gurnee Days Parade is Sunday, August 11 at 12 pm.✨🎉 The parade route begins at N. Greenleaf Street, continues west on Old Grand Avenue, and ends at Emerald Avenue. This year, the Gurnee American Legion, Village of Gurnee, Gurnee Park District, and the Veterans Blue Ribbon Commission are proud to invite all Gold Star Families, Blue Star Families, active-duty members, and veterans to the Gurnee Days Parade on Sunday, August 11, 2024. The parade will kick off at noon, celebrating our service community's dedication and sacrifice.🎖

For over 30 years, Kevin has provided many meaningful contributions to the Gurnee community. Kevin served in the Gurnee Police Department for 30 years, retiring as Chief of Police in January 2019. In May of 2021, Kevin was elected to the Gurnee Village Board of Trustees. In addition, Kevin has also contributed his time and resource by serving on the boards of the Gurnee Exchange Club, PADS Lake County, and The Chapel Chicagoland.
