This equipment radiator was a little clogged up to say the least. But with a flush, rod out, new gaskets and paint it's ready to be put back in service.

Filler neck repair on this radiator while in the truck to save the customer time and money.

The fan got ahold of this one but I was able to get it repaired and saved the customer about 1600 dollars.

Recored this old tractor radiator to be as good as new.

A few welding repairs and projects completed

A few cores getting ready to be transformed into working units. I forgot to take pictures of the finished product. With this business being a dieing art some of these cores can take a while to get because of the manufacturers being busy or material taking longer to get. As always I appreciate the customers patience.

Got this original 1930 model a ford radiator repaired and ready to win some shows. It needed a good amount of repair but it's always amazing how some of these old radiators from the 20s and 30s can be in repairable condition with a little patience.

I knew there was a radiator in there somewhere.

Heater core replacement for this Nissan

Repairs to a peterbilt radiator tank for a fraction of the price of a replacement radiator or even just a new tank. The fitting had a crack and was leaking so it was cut out plates welded on tank and fitting then fitting welded back in the tank and re assembled with new bolts and gasket.

Much needed shop upgrade. My test tank has been rusting and starting to get bad for a while and I have been putting off fixing it because of being busy. I got a used tank from a closing shop and had it sandblasted to find it had holes in it so I put the project on the back burner. So with the tank getting worse I finally decided to finish the project. I got some steel plates cut to re line the rusted sides and I welded them in. Then I look it to linex and had the whole tank coated in hopes to prevent it from ever rusting and hopefully last the rest of the time I'm in business. Then came the job of taking everything apart and swapping the tanks out. The tank that was there my uncle built around 1990. I wish he was still around to see what iv done to keep his business going.

Got a couple old cars in the shop today. A 1934 chevy for a radiator repair and a 1962 cadillac for a water pump, fan blade and radiator repair because the water pump broke sending the fan into the radiator. The radiator is fixed just waiting for the water pump. I should have had my pap here to tell me how to take the chevy apart.

Modified this heater core to match the original that isn't produced anymore. This is for a right hand drive jeep.
