Hello everyone! My name is Lauren Hickox. I am blessed to be the owner and founder of Fit by Nature Nutrition! This has been a long-time dream of mine, and I am so excited that God has made it a reality!

A little bit about me: I am 31 years old, I have been married to my best friend and the love of my life, Cody Hickox for 5 years! We have two beautiful children, Isabella Harper (Ella) who is 4 years old and Nathaniel Pierce (Pierce) who is 3 years old. I have been a Registered Nurse for 9 years. My specialties included Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery, travel L&D, home health, and school nursing. I absolutely LOVE taking care of people and God has given me a passion for helping others achieve better health.

For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in holistic nutrition and natural health. I have studied it on my own, and throughout the years have implemented changes in mine and my families lives based on what I have learned. 10 years ago, I was introduced to Nutrition Response Testing and I absolutely fell in love! I was blown away by the testimonies of lives changed, and knew that this was my calling!
