Tomorrow is our first Saturday Preorder Pickup! (And the bourbon vanilla icing is ready for the cinna-rolls 😍)

If you’ve placed an order, your items will be ready for pickup tomorrow morning by 9:30am.

All orders will be bagged, labeled with your name, and your total due if paying cash.

We are also planning for an early morning berry pick, so we should have berries available as well.

There will be an extra loaf of sourdough, and batch of cinnamon rolls available for purchase at the farmstore at Hillside Springs Homestead tomorrow morning as well! 🙂

We have about 15 gorgeous heads of fresh lettuce up for grabs!

In the past we have harvested, washed & bagged it to put at the stand, but with these temps…it won’t last. So we’ve decided to do picked to order!

If you would like to grab a head or two, drop a comment below with the amount and when you would like to pick up! ($4/head)

We have some exciting news today friends!!

We are bringing back weekly pickup orders, but with a revamp!

Starting today, you will be able to order cinnamon rolls & sourdough loaves for pickup on Saturdays! We will again have the option to pay online at the time of your order, or an order form to pay cash at pickup.

We will also have two pickup locations this go round. Our Hampton farmstand, or the farmstore at Hillside Springs Homestead in Middletown Springs, VT.

Items will be available for pickup starting at 9:30am, through the day. All order will be placed at the stand and bagged with your name (if you’re paying cash, the total for your order will be included also), and you can pick up at your leisure!

Orders for the week will close on Wednesdays at 3pm.

Ps- We’ve decided to do this as an option for people who want to guarantee availability of our baked goods. We know there are lots of customers who can’t always make it to us before we sell out. Strawberry butter rolled with cinnamon & brown sugar, slathered in strawberry jam, and covered with bourbon vanilla frosting!!

After processing berries this morning I snagged the bowl of “meh berries”…ya know, the ones that aren’t bad, but aren’t that pretty. Popped the tops off and put them in a copper pot to cook down with a little lemon juice and maple syrup.

Once most of the liquid was gone I let it cool, and made a strawberry compound butter.

Then I thought…why not use it in place of plain butter for strawberry cinnamon rolls. Tis’ the season, am I right?!

This is what we ended up with! 😍👇🏼

Psst…..

Wanna know a secret?! 😄

Our cinnamon rolls are awesome at room temp, but they are even better when they are warmed!

Eating them individually?? Pop your roll in the microwave for about 12 seconds (or even the air fryer for 30 seconds)

Serving the whole tray?? Remove the plastic cover, replace with a piece of foil, and pop them in a 350 degree over for 5 minutes or so!!

Perfectly soft everytime! 😍
