🤯 Variety is a must in any good training program.

However we don’t want to just variate our movements for the sake of it.

It needs to be deliberate.

Your body needs new challenges to continue to adapt to in order to continually get great results.

Mixing in the right amount of new movements is what makes our programs enjoyable and fun too!

Finding what you are not so great at, and working at it until it becomes a strength is one of the best parts of training.
