Ian joined Orangetheory as a founding member of OTF Sudbury 🇨🇦 in 2021. Despite undergoing a challenging surgery, he never gave up hope of returning to his favorite workout. Throughout his recovery, OTF Sudbury kept him connected and feeling like a valued part of the orange family. Meet Tanya, the dedicated ICU nurse tackling 12-hour shifts. Recognizing the importance of mental health amidst the grueling hours, she turns to OTF for rejuvenation and resilience.
She says, "People make jokes about how Orangetheory can be ‘Orangetherapy.’ And for me, that rings true! Whether I’ve had a stressful shift or have a stretch of days off, you can find me at a studio for my mental reset. Between the high energy, welcoming environment, and being surrounded by friends, those 50-60 minutes are always able to bring me back to center so I can be the best version of myself!"

🏋 Run through the exact same floor exercises as the DriTri to help you find your perfect pace.
🏃 Finish with a distance challenge of varying endurance intervals to give you all the finishing feels.
