🤝🏭 This week’s Workforce Roundtable connected Harlingen manufacturers with community partners from TSTC/UTRGV, Workforce Solutions, TEEX, and Harlingen Waterworks.

The meeting created space for everyone to collaborate on building a stronger, more skilled workforce and to discuss milestones and evolving needs/concerns within the industry. Afterwards, we had the opportunity to present plaques recognizing October as Manufacturing Month, as proclaimed by Mayor Norma Sepulveda last year.

We're proud to support our city's thriving manufacturing sector and have received positive feedback on our roundtables so far. More to come!
