Over the last 646 days, not once
Have my kids had to see their mama passed out drunk.

Have I blacked out or woke up completely hung over.

There’s been plenty of times I have craved a drink or wished I could be “normal” and not go overboard while drinking - but I know that’s not my reality & by truly learning + recognizing that, it’s helped me to stay on track👏🏼

Even tho it hasn’t always been easy, it’s been 1000% worth it! I’m so thankful that I overcame - my life has been a million times more peaceful, beautiful, & happy since I made the choice to make a change🙌🏼🖤
