Due to the time, cost, blending, coloring, and pe***ng extensions and braiding hair, these types of services are booked in advance and in the event of a cancellation your deposit is non-refundable.

You can however reschedule and rollover your payment towards your new appointment but is not refunded.

All extensions services will require some form of a consultation to ensure the style selected is a good fit for you and your lifestyle.

If for some reason the style is NOT a good fit your appointment can be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
