This Kundalini Yoga series is led by Sarah Wingert where she will blend each session with ancient practices, rituals, and the powerful teachings of Kundalini yoga.

This year-long workshop series consists of 9 sessions and you can join the entire series or just drop-in to a few.

Each of the 9 sessions is a two-hour workshop that includes an extended Kundalini practice, cyclical wisdom teachings, and guided rituals for self-reflection.

📖Short story:

During May of 2021 Donna decided to purchase a monthly unlimited membership to Everfresh sight unseen. And she was our first customer🙏 - we immediately (never having met Donna) knew Donna McNally was an awesome person🫶. Since, Donna has held her position strong 💪 and was also the very first Everfresh YTT grad📿 among other firsts! not that anyone is keeping score😂

Without the continued support of our members we aren’t Everfresh. Thank you to all 🤜🤛 we are lucky!

Anywayyy… continuing with our tradition, we will be giving away a month of yoga to a new student that attends class today through next Wednesday 3/11-3/20 . Winner 🎉 will be selected at random!
