Contract

$34 - $55 / hour

Job Description

A 7-year established Massage Therapy Studio in Helena, Montana, with a focus on organic and holistic health, is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to help its growing practice. The LMT would act as an independent contractor and would have flexibility to set a massage schedule depending on the goals of the therapist.

Wild Willow Wellness wants its therapist to be focused on providing high quality body work to the Helena community. Its management takes care of client booking, generating clients, and all other basic business operations so that the contracted therapist can do what they do best.

Requirements:
Current Montana state massage therapy license
Professional liability insurance
Montana Independent Contractors License

Strong candidates will have:
-2 years + experience as a licensed massage therapist desired but not required
-A positive demeanor
- Experience working in a "body therapy" business desired but not required
-Professional references
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Motivation to do your best and grow your skills
- Clean and ethical professional practices
-Passion for providing healing and wellness to the community of Helena

Pay is based on experience with the opportunity for growth. Commission base is 50% of earnings + 100% of tips. Commission to contractor for massages are as follows: $42 for 60-minutes; $50 for 75-minutes; $60 for 90-minute, and $85 for 120-minutes. A 6-month review may result in a higher percentage commission.

Contracted LMT will receive bookings through the Wild Willow Wellness booking administrator and is compensated every two weeks.
