The FHA home loan limits have been raised from $420,680 in 2022 to $494,500 in 2023 for Clark County, NV. This means you could buy up to a $512,435 purchase price with a minimum 3.5% FHA down payment.

The conventional home loan limits have been raised for 2023 from $647,200 to $726,200 with high cost areas up to $1,089,300 (high cost areas such as Orange County, CA). This means you can buy up to a $748,659 purchase price with a minimum 3% conventional down payment or a $764,421 purchase price with a minimum 5% conventional down payment in Clark County, NV.

Today, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced the new 2023 conforming loan limits for 2023. The new confirming limit for one unit single family homes will be $726,200, an increase of $79,000 from $647,200 in 2022.
