You know all of those delicious breakfast burritos and sandwiches that everyone enjoys every day? They are the handiwork of this girl- Bethany. She is one of the sisters that own Southern Streams, and we are reaching out for your help.

After a lifetime of serious medical issues, her battle now is the need for a kidney transplant. Her kidney’s are at 14% function, and she is currently on the transplant list at Mayo Clinic in MN. It is a 3 to 5 year waitlist, although that time can be lessened with a living donor. We are also hoping to avoid dialysis with a transplant. Her blood type is O+.
