Here's what the probate house should look like after the estate company has had their sale. All the items have been cleared out and now it's ready to be sold, or in this case, close escrow.

I want to show those of you that are interested what one of things I need to do for the estate. Many times the administrator is out of state, like this property on 28th St. in Los Angeles and they need to get the house cleared out to sell. I hire an estate sale company to come out and sell all the household items, leaving more money for the estate. There was also a car in the garage that I got started and sold to a private party. These are all things I do for the estate. They need help at the difficult time and I'm here to help. By the way, I don't even charge for all this extra work. I earn my pay from the sale of the home.

This is a probate listing I got at 4415 W. 28th St., Los Angeles. This one closed escrow in Sept. 2020 for $625,000. The buyers are going to "flip" it and sell it for a profit. They are very nice people and I wish them well.
