The autumn equinox is a day in perfect balance in the Northern Hemisphere.🍂 The days grow shorter and the nights grow longer. I can already feel the crisp air and see the light sinking lower in the sky.

This Sunday is also a new moon in Libra, my sun sign that also represents balance. Energetically together, this is a PERFECT time to slow down, check in on your self care and find balance in relationships, especially the one with yourself and life choices.

Following a very full week, I’ll be taking time today to create a beautiful fall altar with wheat, gourds, citrine amongst other crystals a deliciously scented candle and other airy items that I love.

Yes, life is very “whelming.” Today, for the past few weeks, and for many people, months/years.

This morning when I woke up, I was feeling anxious. All the feels from the FULLNESS that is in my personal life as well as my professional; which honestly, is all the same.

I journaled, did some Breathwork, my M Power step and some positive reading. (GRATEFUL FOR MY PRACTICE)

Do I Feel better, yes. And, I have a new awareness of where my attention needs to be for me to move forward in Love and in Joy today.

So for this moment, I’m choosing JOY.
