BABY OUTFITS
Should you stick to practical or buy those cute little outfits that you know will not be sensible and tend to be pricey but look pretty? Heck, you're doing a hard job carrying a child, then being a mum so allow yourself at least one unreasonable purchase!
FIT FOR BABY
Should you keep going or ease off with your workouts? The solution is between: listen to your body and ease off when you need to. Also, it' advised working with a qualified pre and postnatal trainer to make sure the exercises will support childbirth and recovery.
BABYMOON
As crazy as it sounds, particularly if you are expecting your first baby, it will be your last chance to bond with your partner 1-2-1 before a little human comes into your life and changes dynamics. A stronger relationship will hold up stronger when sleep-deprived too!
DITCH THE BIRTH-PLAN
Giving birth hardly ever goes the way you imagined in advance. Especially if it's your first one, you've got no idea what to expect, but even if it's not, one can be very different from the other. Just be open and communicate your needs clearly on the day.

S/he will be your baby. Keep name discussions between you and your significant other until after you've given birth. People tend to express harsh opinions most of the times but not when there's a newborn in the picture.
YOU DO YOU
Every human being is unique, so don't try to compare your pregnancy to how others do it. There is no single way of good childbirth or the best way to cope with carrying your child whatever others try to make you believe. It's your body and your journey!
SAY YES
Be gentle to yourself, remember to take care of yourself first and if you get the chance or receive a gift to pamper yourself with something like a prenatal massage, always say YES! This is coming from mums who've been there.
BREAK FROM SOCIAL MEDIA
Your hormones and mood will be all over the place and it's easy to get into comparing yourself to other expecting mums. When feeling overwhelmed by how others are doing, just turn social media off, go for a walk, read a book and forget about others!
WHEN TO STOP WORKING?
You don't need to until the very last minute, BUT! You will feel very uncomfortable in the last few weeks, sitting a whole day in an office chair will become torture. If you can, stop working a few weeks out and tune in to the next chapter instead!
FAVOURITE KID?
Are you expecting your second child and are afraid you may not have as much love left for them as for the first one? May mums report that once baby #2 is out, all the love comes with him/her. So worry no more, enjoy your time with your firstborn and be excited!
PHOTOSHOOT
You may not feel like being in front of the camera on some days of your pregnancy, but believe me, you'll look through those pictures with pride later and you'll be able to show your not so little one years later what it was like when they were still under your heart!
