I grew up in Ashe County up the mountain and it will always be some part of “home”. The aftermath of hurricane Heline has truly been heartbreaking and devastating beyond words. While I am so thankful that my loved ones there are safe and ok, I know there are so many who were not so lucky. Families have lost everything. They have lost their homes & belongings, family members & friends, beloved pets, businesses & livelihoods. They are living our worst nightmare.

My sister & I are gathering supplies that are needed and plan on taking everything up the mountain to them this weekend. If you feel led & would like to help us contribute, I know it means the world to them and to us 🤍 please reach out privately through an instagram message or myself directly. I can either meet you somewhere, bring things to our office, or if it’s easier to Venmo, we will be making runs to the store from now until then 🤍

I know so many are in need right now and I know with how close to home this hit, we all have been affected and have loved ones who are in need. My heart and prayers go out to everyone in the path of this storm. Be kind & help where you can 🤍

We also have industry partners and dear clients in Banner Elk where they are dealing with the same devastation. We are thankful they are all safe but many are still waiting on status of their homes and updates on the massive damage. There is a huge need for supplies in that area as well and our plan is to also gather supplies and make a run in that direction in the coming weeks!
