This Sunday we had an amazing yard sale and raised over $500 to donate to American Cancer Society! Thank you to our Plainview Meditation members for your donations and to our Plainview and Hicksville neighbors for your support so we can make this happen together! 🥰

After Sunday exercise, we spent the afternoon at Cold Spring Harbor! Meditating outside was peaceful and there was a Billy Joel tribute band 😄🎵
