I look forward to seeing you! But I need to clarify how far it is exactly from the old shop. It’s literally 2 turns off the highway from tje old shop. I’m on Midway. Beside Wallburg so not far at all. It’s just a hop skip and a jump lol!!!!

So let’s discuss pricing.
I want to breakdown a few things.
1. What we pay for products is out of this world now.
2. When we portion out color or lightener every drop matters to us as hairstylists.
3. We have to take into account everything we use. Ex: the towels we drape around you , the cape we put on you, the foil we use, the combs, the $500 scissors we’ve purchased for best results, the color, the lightener, the toner , the irons and dryers as well.
We’d love to charge low prices like we did in 2000 for a color. Back then a color cost 50/60$ for an all over color. Our prices that we have to pay just to go to school or buy supplies has more than tripled since then.
Unfortunately it’s not 2000 anymore lol. We use sooooo much more now for our products and supplies.
As a seasoned stylist when someone tells me “ you charge too much for me”……it makes me cringe. I And my coworkers and for all the other stylists in this world that have paid dearly and worked for 10/12 hours standing on our feet for clients to make people happy is what we do this for. It’s definitely not the money.
Let’s say I’m doing a highlight and color. By the time I’ve used 60-100 pieces of foil, mixed two bowls of lightener and mixed a bowl of color, used two different developers, used shampoo and conditioner then cut and styled your hair ……at the end of the day I probably made 20/30 dollars. It is what it is. Again, we do this for happiness and a love for we do. It’s definitely not the money.
GOOD HAIR ISN’T CHEAP. AND CHEAP HAIR ISN’T GOOD. And honestly most people can tell if you’ve used box color compared to a professional doing a great job on you!
Please try to understand this is our way of life. This is how we make a living. I love all of you but everytime someone asks can you give me a discount it takes away from us putting gas in our cars, it takes away a day of buying lunch for ourselves, it takes away us buying dinner one night for our families. And many more! I also do not know what the percentage it is for tipping a stylist but we live on tips as well as a waitress does. All are appreciated!!!!
I just want to try and let people know and understand this hurts us. But we will always do what we love and that’s making you happy no matter what it costs us.
But from here on out I can no longer afford a price drop or give away anymore products or discounts of any kind unless running a special. I have been very good to everyone that’s ever sat in my chair and I expected the same. For the ones that have stayed loyal and never asked for anything extra I commend you as a special person who cares. All of my clients are amazing! So thank you for choosing me as your stylist!
Remember, BOX COLOR is very harsh on your hair. If you think you’re saving money you’re really not. You’re hurting your hair. Eventually you’ll have to have someone like me to fix it.

First off….I want to thank you Amy for being such a loyal and faithful client for the last 25 years. You have followed me whether the drive be five min or 45 mins. You are an amazing client!
Using this one as an example. About a year ago her hair had become thin and neither of us understood why.
I recommended she start using Amika 3D shampoo and conditioner. For daily thickening in the hopes that it would help. She began using these products and here we are a year later and I’m asking her to stop using it because it WORKED! If you notice the bottom right picture you can clearly see how thick her hair is and how much of it she has. She listened.

Very much enjoyed this today! Thank you Paige Shilling for always letting me do what I see in my head. So many colors and the blonde is amazing!
This is also a great photo library to show that when it comes to blondes, lighting is everything.
Had to high lift her blonde, then choose the right spots to place her vivid pinks on the sides and then could apply her other colors to the underneath. She was ALL smiles and loved it! Used all Amika products! And the results were great!!!!
