“I broke my patella at the beginning of a 2 month hiking trip - with a future trip to the Inca Trail planned. After surgery I had a full leg brace to walk -and going up stairs was IMPOSSIBLE -let alone a 4 day hike up to Machu Pichu!

Jeff (and Ronni) spent 7 months working on the knee and leg. The “tool of torture” was awful but worked! I religiously did my exercises and they would religiously stretch, massage and torture me.
