The 8th Annual FW Fringe returns to the theatres of the Fort Worth Community Arts Center in the Fort Worth Cultural District. This year the spaces will be the Sanders Theatre and the Gallery Theatre. NMJC Theatre Dept. is pleased to announce their 2024/2025 Season!

Julius Caesar
Written by William Shakespeare
Adapted and Directed by Nathan R. Miles
“When Cassius and Brutus decide Rome’s political leader Julius Caesar poses a political threat to their beloved country, there’s only one solution. Shakespeare’s brutal tragedy comes to stunning life through a blend of multimedia, an exploration of light and darkness, and an examination of the cost of ambition.”

Little Women
Written by Kate Hamill
Adapted from the novel by Louisa May Alcott
Directed by Nathan R. Miles
“As the nation is torn apart by civil war, Jo March and her sisters struggle with what it means to grow up. Restrictive gender roles, political beliefs, poverty, and even love itself threaten to break family ties, as the March sisters try to reconcile their identities with society’s demands. How do you stay true to yourself when the world wants you to become a perfect little woman?”

Hamlet
Written by William Shakespeare
Solo Performance
“Hamlet discovers that his uncle Claudius murdered his father and took the throne. In this solo performance piece, a lone actor in a rehearsal space transforms it before our very eyes into the classical revenge tragedy. Considered one of the greatest plays in the English language, this production embraces minimal staging and an emphasis on actor, audience, and text.”
