Remember, Goals aren't meant to be executed in a day. It takes time of effort, dedication and commitment. Most importantly you have to be in love with the hustle even when it hurts 99% of time.

TIPS for Bigger Glutes:
👉🏻In squat movements pick up the coin:
What I mean with that is that at the bottom of your squat contract your glutes in order to fire the return back up better from your gluteus.
👉🏻Lean forward to target your glutes:
Posture will determine where your main focus will be. Will you still work your entire leg? Yes absolutely. But if you want to have that little extra connection and fire in your glutes, lean forward and really press yourself back up from your cheek.
👉🏻Press your weight through your heels and butt-cheek and keep neutral spine:
Focus on pushing your weight through your heel and through your seat/butt-cheek since that will ensure your glute to engage more than your quad. To keep your spine and discs intact and safe do your best to keep a neutral spine (that includes your neck people!)
👉🏻Keep your core tight, feel the stretch and hip hinge with finesse
Your core is your strong hold, so tuck your tailbone and crunch your core. Make sure you load weight so that the stretch you will get feels good and controllable. When you get to the top stretch point start, the hip hinge and don't over arch at the return.
