I’m on vacation for a few more days before I fly out to Kosrae for work. I needed to recharge and I am still recharging. I don’t think 1 week out of 365 days is enough, but there’s always the choice to nap on weekends, sleep earlier, and of course take a break as needed 🤙🏽

We are not isolated individuals, but rather the links in an unbroken chain stretching back through history. Recognizing and understanding our ancestral ties can give us a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.

It’s a beautiful process to evolve from a life of survival to fully living a life of purpose and intention.
