HPU’s Leadership Education and Development Series (L.E.A.D.S.) is a leadership training program designed to help students learn more about themselves as emerging leaders, discover their leadership potential, and prepare their professional portfolio. Don’t miss out on this valuable opportunity to gain hands on leadership experience! Add this activity to your resume and stand out as a candidate during the hiring process!
Participating students will build their foundations and gain insight in the following areas:
• Leadership style and skills
• Professional skill set and portfolio
• Networking and relationship building
L.E.A.D.S. candidates must participate in a prescribed list of events and complete the required assignments (administered through Blackboard) by April 1, 2019. Those who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of completion and be recognized at the annual Light Up the Night Reception honoring outstanding student leaders in late April 2019.
