Moloka`i Sweetbread, LLC is a family owned business that operates in Honolulu, Oahu.
The recipe was originally developed by the Owner while he lived on Molokai`i many years ago.

At first, it was just . Someplace I went later in the evening after baking as it was just around the corner...
Many meals later, I got to know Chef, his wonderful wife and became a first name basis...
It's become a wonderful friendship brought together by being in the food business...
I have had thoughts of a late night eatery and is very close to the business model that I would thoroughly enjoy if only I was a chef... haha
Remember Chef - just because you are closing this chapter, doesn't mean you won't be in a kitchen again! I never really envisioned being back in a kitchen myself; let alone doing food demonstrations

I am at a loss of words for the support everyone has given! 3rd week of doing pizza demo's and we are 2 seats away from being sold out! Each week for progressively busier!
It truly is amazing to push yourself past your comfort zone into unknown territory and actually succeed!
Sign up now and if all the seats are gone, you can still show up as there is lots of sitting in the near vicinity... you just won't be able to sit up front and center on the counter!
This Thursday will be our last pizza demo for a while as we take a break to regroup and plan what is next! The scone and pizza demo's were well received and have gotten lots of feedback that we will be incorporating!

Located at on the second floor of McCully Shopping Center] on Thursday August 18th between 5:30 - 8:30pm
We will go thru the basics of mixing a simple pizza dough recipe, forming the dough into shape and learning the characteristics of dough. We will learn a basic red sauce and discuss other sauce options. We will build your toppings from there! In addition, we will do a dessert pizza to end each session!
You may pre-register at the link on McCully Shopping Center] website. There are Two sessions (limit of 8) each paid participant will get to go home with a 12" pizza. There is lots of room to watch / listen if you don't want to register.
We will be selling whole or slice pizza (both savory and sweet), sweet desserts bars and our scone mix to the public so you don't need to register - just stop on by and bring a friend or two!

Tonight's pizza demo was quiet, but it enabled me to work out the kinks and find a rhythm and timing. We sold some pizza, made new friends and more importantly we had lots of fun! Next Thursday we will revamp our offerings and do it again!
Next in our series of cooking demonstrations located at located on the second floor of on Thursday August 11th between 5 - 7pm we will be doing pizza night!

Because last Thursday went well, we will be doing a Hana Hou again (tomorrow) Thursday
July 21st between 5-8pm, we will be doing another scone demonstration!
This will feature both sweet & savory scones! We will start with mixing a scone mix base and build different flavor profiles from there!
There will be free samples as well as scones, dry mixes and other sweet dessert for purchase!

Join me Thursday from 5 - 8pm located on the 2nd floor of as I do a scone demonstration!
I will demonstrate a plain scone recipe as a base and then proceed to show several flavor variations over the time allowed.
Demonstration flavors may include: blueberry, matcha white chocolate chip, lilikoi Mango, pineapple li hing, strawberry cream cheese depending on time.
We will have fresh scones to purchase and dry scone mix so you can bake fresh scones at home!
