Last year was a HUGE change! Going from teaching yoga full time to and I being full time realtors. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but once we made the leap it was full speed ahead. In our first full year we ended up in the top 6% of Better Homes agents nationwide and winning the platinum award as a team. We still teach our regular yoga classes 2x a week to maintain our personal practice and keep time for ourselves.

🥒Smashed Cucumber Salad🥒
is one of our favorite go to recipes that’s refreshing, simple and quick. It can be enjoyed as a snack or sometimes we’ll sit and eat a whole bowl of it as a meal. Want to make it a bit more hearty? Cook up some ramen or udon noodles and add them into the mix!

Ingredients
-2 Cucumbers
-4-5 Garlic Cloves
-1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
-2 tbsp Sesame Oil
-3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
-3 tbsp Maple Syrup
-Salt

Prep
Mince garlic into large bowl. Add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Rice Wine Vinegar. Throw cucumbers over top and sprinkle with salt. Cover and shake super hard!
