The SAPR Office is excited to announce the kick off of their 10th Annual Single Airmen’s Retreat this year! This event is for unmarried Active-Duty Airmen E4 E5 and below. On 19 April, they will be taking members out to Kualoa Ranch Secret Island for a day of fun in the sun where they will get to enjoy all the activities the secret island has to offer while getting to meet with the SAPR Office and many of the Base Support/Helping agencies. Airmen will need to bring their own lunch, a towel, water bottle and any snacks they wish to have at the beach (No Alcohol Allowed). We are looking for a motivated SSgt or TSgt to fill the First Term Enlisted Course (FTEC) (formerly known as FTAC) NCOIC position here at the JBPH-Hickam Professional Development Center! Job Overview
Member reports to the 15th Wing Development Advisor (MSgt Jackson). As NCOIC you will be charged with managing and delivering a structured professional development program designed to transition 450 Airmen and Guardians annually from a training mindset to the mission-oriented environment. Additionally, you will oversee/manage the First Term Officer Course (FTOC). Finally, you will assist with carrying out PACAF's professional development track through 8 courses designed to reinforce EPME and close identified developmental gaps throughout a member's career. Your efforts will directly impact the lives and careers of over six thousand enlisted and officer Airmen and Guardians serving in the Hawaiian Islands.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the FTEC/FTOC calendar
Develop course schedules
Coordinate with facilitators and base agencies
Manage and report attendance
Facilitate PACE curriculum
Manage various information systems and programs
Clearly meets the standards outlined in The Enlisted Force Structure

Eligibility
SSgt/E-5 or new TSgt/E-6
Current PFA
Currently not receiving an SRB
Receive Commander's approval to serve up to 6 – 8 months
No negative quality force indicators or investigations
CCAF is desired

Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, excel and SharePoint
Self-motivated
Excellent time and task management
Comfortable talking to large groups of Airmen to include base/MAJCOM leadership

Join the 15th Wing for a fun filled night of Trunk or Treat starting @17:00 on October 27th!
