Movement Monday - HIIT/CORE 🏋️♀️
This week, we breakdown the following movements:
▪️Leg Lowers
▪️Seesaw Plank
▪️TD Jacks
TIPS!🧐
Leg Lowers - Legs start extended in the air. Option to drop one or both legs at a time. The most important thing is to keep you lower back pressing into the floor!
Seesaw Plank - Start in low plank position. Begin a "sawing" motion by shifting back and forth on elbows and toes. Butt should stay level with shoulders!
TD Jacks - Start in standing position. As you hop (OR STEP!) feet out, drop into squat and reach one hand towards the floor. Hop (OR STEP!) back up to standing and repeat with the other hand!

8 years!!!! I’m feeling very proud of my little business and even more grateful for all of the people and experiences I’ve had over the last 8 years. 🥰

Movement Monday - Lower Body 🍑
This week, we breakdown the following movements:
▪️Bulgarian Split Squats
▪️Single Leg Deadlifts
▪️Curtsy Lunges
TIPS!🧐
Bulgarian Split Squats - prop back foot up or keep it planted on the floor, drop straight down bending in your back knee, and pushing into your front heel, keep a neutral spine as you lower down and make sure toe isn’t coming over front knee!
Single Leg Deadlift - hinging forward, lift back leg off the ground and keep chest and back flat, planted leg should stay slightly bent the whole time!
Curtsy Lunges - start with feet hip width distance, as you step behind drop opposite knee behind opposite heel, push through planted heel as you return back to starting position, hips should stay facing forward as you drop into lunge!
