As a nutrition coach and trainer, one of the main questions I’m always asked is what do I do and how do I start? This guide has the answers for all of that. When it comes to coaching, weight loss is one of the top desires. In the beginning stages of my clients’ journey we focus on some of the ways we can eat better than before in our processes. That usually includes cooking at home. It saves money, increases our love of self, and we learn a new skill.
Learning is the hard part. Especially when you haven’t had much prior experience.
HOWEVER, even if you’ve had all of the experience in the world, you really never know what might come out of trying new recipes. That can be a rigorous process. One that we might not be able to afford in terms of time and money, but if we don’t try our hand it this new skill or habit we’re trying to learn to better ourselves, we’ll never learn and then we’ll never get better 🤷🏾♀️
I say all of that to say that I tried a recipe yesterday with my salmon. We really don’t have to get into all the details lol but what I initially tried wasn’t giving what it was supposed to gave. I refused to throw out all of the salmon I had. Especially after it took me over an hour to prepare. I meeeaann all that hard work and 🤢
but I was able to salvage what I had and I made a shrimp cream sauce to make up for all that I had lost and now I’m doing my happy dance bc 😘 *chef’s kiss to myself.
It ain’t always easy, but it’s worth it because you’ll only get better with time t***s.
