Here’s what awaits you:

🌕Journaling: You will receive a journal worksheet PDF specifically for this full moon. Full moon journaling helps to reflect and keep track of monthly goals and achievements.

🌕Sound Bath: Lie down or sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take in the harmonious frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments. Sound bathing helps remove energetic blockages, reduce stress and promote relaxation. You may fall asleep :)

🌕Online Class: Experience the full moon in your own space where you can release and relax in comfort.

💫Each participant will be gifted with a heart chakra crystal to work with during the meditation. We will program the crystals prior to our mediation.

💫Guided Self Love meditation with light breath work to help us take the dive into exploring our hearts.

💫Emersive sound bath to soothe the nervous system and open & balance the heart center.

💫Following our meditation during savassana, will be placing healing Reiki energy and vibrational tuning directly on each participants heart chakra to seal the session with Divine love and wisdom.

Reiki is delivered from practitioner to client through touch to help promote healing and wellness within the body. With a combination of healing frequencies, binaural beats, aromatherapy and Reiki you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body

🎶🪈What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a full body experience received through the sound and vibrations of gentle therapeutic instruments which bathe the body and allows it to relax into a deep calm state. As you relax you will begin to release the physical, mental and emotional tension and restore the natural process of the mind and body.

These healing vibrations are said to be received in all parts of the body, all the way to the cellular level.

As you take in the sounds and vibrations of the different instruments that include crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, tongue drum and gong. You will feel yourself shifting into different states of relaxation as your brain waves slow down from an active state to a relaxed state.

*Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow yourself to grab some refreshments and settle in. Doors will close promptly at 7:40. If you are unable to make it on time or on that day. Your ticket can be used at our next monthly event.

Attire: Comfortable clothing.

You will have the option to sit in a chair or lay on a mat. We provide mats, cushions and blankets. Feel free to bring your own. You can also bring your crystals, journals and anything else you need to create a comfortable space.
